1)     Visitor Management System (VMS)

Switching to the Visitor Management System (VMS) allows our Security Officers to better manage visitors, contractors and staff on site. VMS will eliminate paper logs, which can be unreliable and costly. Communication and tracking would be more accurate, real time and cost efficient.

2)     Remote Monitoring Using CCTV

CCTV systems enable remote monitoring and are a great deterrent to potential thieves or troublemakers. It also provides a safer working environment for Security Officers. CCTV helps to ensure adherence to safety policies and can be invaluable for staff training. All our CCTV systems can be viewed and controlled remotely over the internet (via an iPhone, laptop etc). In addition to this, AIS can provide an independent 24/7 monitoring service.

 

3)     24-hour Command Centre

Our 24-hour Command Centre provides round-the-clock survelliance of all our sites. Command centers are at the focal point of any critical communications operation.

4)     Guard Tour Patrol System

Used primarily to enhance patrol operation performance by tracking and monitoring security officers patrolling activities to ensure guard patrol rounds are systematically carried out and completed on time. This would help optimize the management of security operations.
